TMDP

It has been a long journey for Jeffrey Addison and Gavin Rough of TMDP. After spending the last decade creating music together, the collaborative electronic production duo have released their debut ‘TMDP’ on Toronto’s YYZ Records. Determined to set themselves apart from the standard laptop produced electronic music, Addison and Rough have crafted a unique fusion of disco and electro stemmed from their love of melody and song writing. Their self-titled debut“TMDP” is a collection of songs that flow seamlessly together to create a complete listening experience. Much different from their dance-floor driven live performances, fans can expect an introspective, well-crafted album of dance-floor pop songs as well as melody driven slow jams. TMDP take pride in the improvisational element of performing live and turn the stage into their private studio. Over the last year, Addison and Rough have shared the stage with the likes of Crystal Castles, A-trak, Jeff Mills, AutoErotique, and Modeselektor. As a result, TMDP have quickly become recognized as one of Toronto’s hardest working electronic acts.
